Terms of Service

1. Account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Credits and payments
Credits are used for eligible Songsly features such as unlocking completed songs. Credit packs are one-time purchases unless a product is explicitly described otherwise. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
3. AI generation
AI outputs can be unpredictable and may resemble common musical ideas, styles or patterns. Songsly does not guarantee that every output is unique, error-free, commercially suitable or eligible for protection in every jurisdiction.
4. Your content
You must have the necessary rights to upload lyrics, audio, recordings, artwork, names, trademarks and other reference material. Do not upload material that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
5. Use of generated content
Permitted use of generated content is subject to these Terms and any applicable terms of the underlying AI or processing providers. Before commercial distribution, you are responsible for confirming that your intended use is permitted and for obtaining any licenses or clearances that may be required.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Songsly to violate law, impersonate others deceptively, distribute infringing content, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, or abuse third-party services connected to Songsly.
7. Availability
Features, providers, generation limits, pricing and supported formats may change as the service evolves. We may suspend or limit functionality when needed for security, maintenance, provider availability or abuse prevention.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Songsly is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular commercial purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively and the current version will be published on Songsly.co.
