1. Information we process
We may process your name, email address, account identifiers, credit balance and transaction history; projects, prompts, lyrics, uploaded reference audio, generated audio, cover art and release metadata; and technical information needed for security and service operation.
2. Why we process it
We use this information to provide and secure your account, generate and store your projects, process purchases, recover accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
Songsly may send data to infrastructure, payment, email, AI-generation and audio-processing providers when needed to perform a feature you request. Those providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe Checkout when enabled. Songsly receives transaction status and related billing metadata but does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
5. Storage and retention
Account and project data may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance. Some generated or uploaded files may be retained to make your project library available.
6. Security
We use measures such as hashed passwords, secure session cookies, access controls and rate limits. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, and to object or request portability where applicable. Requests are handled subject to identity verification and applicable law.
8. International processing
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as Songsly develops. The current version will be published on Songsly.co.
